We’re a UK property management company that works with landlords who’d rather collect a reliable monthly income than chase tenants, plug void months, or take 9pm phone calls about a broken boiler. We take your property on a long-term contract, pay you a fixed rent every month, and look after it as if it were our own — because, for the length of our agreement, it effectively is.

Who we are

Ragar Relocations was founded 2026 with a simple idea: the traditional buy-to-let model asks too much of landlords for what it gives back. Rising compliance costs, longer void periods, harder tenant referencing and the constant low-level admin of being a landlord have made what was meant to be a passive investment feel like a second job.

We built Ragar to give that passivity back.

Based in Oxford, we work with agents, private landlords, accidental landlords and small portfolio investors across the whole of the UK. We’re a small, hands-on team — large enough to deliver a properly professional service, small enough that you’ll always know who’s looking after your property.

What we actually do

In plain English: we rent your property from you on a long-term contract — typically three to five years — and pay you a guaranteed monthly rent for the full term. We then operate the property as professional serviced accommodation, hosting business travellers, relocating professionals, project contractors and corporate guests who need somewhere comfortable and well-managed to stay for a few nights, a few weeks or a few months.

That means:

  • You stay the legal owner. Nothing about your title, your mortgage or your ownership changes.

  • We become your single, professional tenant. One contract, one point of contact, one monthly payment.

  • We handle everything operationally. Guests, cleaning, linen, utilities, light maintenance, compliance — all of it.

  • Your rent arrives on the same date, every month, whether the property is occupied or not. That’s the whole point.

If you’ve heard of “rent-to-rent” or “rent-to-SA”, this is the professional, transparent end of that model — done with proper contracts, proper insurance and proper communication.

Why landlords choose us

We’re not the cheapest option, and we’re upfront about that. Landlords work with us because we offer something the open rental market can’t:

  • Income certainty. A fixed rent for the full term of the agreement, paid on time, with no void months and no arrears chasing.

  • A property that gets more care, not less. Our guests pay a premium, so the property has to look and feel premium. Weekly cleaning, regular inspections and prompt maintenance are built into how we operate — not an afterthought.

  • One conversation, not a hundred. No tenant disputes, no referencing headaches, no deposit schemes to argue over. Just one professional party at the other end of the phone.

  • Long-term thinking. We’re not interested in short, opportunistic deals. We want partnerships that renew, which only happens if we leave landlords genuinely glad they signed.

We’ll always do these things, and we’ll put them in writing:

  1. We’ll be straight with you. If your property isn’t right for our model, we’ll say so on the first call — not after you’ve spent a week thinking about it.

  2. We’ll never hide behind small print. Our agreements are written in plain English and we’ll happily walk you through every line before you sign.

  3. We’ll treat your property like ours. That means proper inventories, regular condition checks, and honest reporting if something needs attention.

  4. We’ll pay you, on time, every time. It’s the most basic promise in this business, and it’s the one we take most seriously.

The properties we’re looking for

We’re actively seeking properties to take on across the UK:

  • Houses — 2 to 5 bedrooms, ideally with parking and a garden.

  • Apartments — 1 to 3 bedrooms, particularly in city-centre or business-district locations.

  • HMOs — well-configured rooms, fully compliant with local licensing.

Properties should be in good condition (or close to it), legally able to be let as serviced accommodation, and available on a contract of at least 3 years. If you’re not sure whether your property qualifies, the easiest thing is to ask — we’ll tell you honestly in a five-minute phone call.
