Working with Agents

How we work together

• We are always looking for Lettings and Estate Agents to work with, to rent houses and flats from on a long-term basis

• We are looking to build long-term relationships with Agents

• Agents provide us with properties that are suitable for corporate tenants (IT contractors, project managers), professionals (medical staff), and contractors (site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, etc.) who need to accommodate staff or themselves on long-term projects

• Agents benefit from receiving long-term management fees, without having to manage the properties themselves or deal with tenants

• We are looking for rental periods from 12 to 36 months and will consider longer depending on the contract

• Agents can also benefit by taking on multi-let / HMO, or even probate and distressed properties, which we will consider refurbishing 

Agents' benefits

• You do not have to find ongoing tenants

 - we do

• You do not have to manage tenants - we do



• You do not have to manage the property

 - we do, unless you want to

• You receive the tenant find fee from the landlord



• You receive the management fee from the landlord (if the property is managed by you)



• You create an additional source of income without having to commit much of your time or resources



• You are able to generate a revenue stream from properties that you may have previously avoided
